FUN!

Here are some fun pictures of Maddux I thought people (mostly the family) would like.

He loves his daddy and wants to do EVERYTHING he does! It's so cute! Sometimes he even kicks me out of the room so he and Skyler can be alone! He points to the door and says "OUT!" and if I don't listen he pulls me up and pushes me toward the door or kitchen! It's hilarious!

Ok, it's been a while since I updated the blog and I have received some flack for it. ;) So here are some pictures from the past month or so.
Savannah Came to visit for about 5 days. It was too short! But now she is just over in Provo going to Beauty School, so I am hoping that maybe she can stop over for Christmas, if mom will let her! ;)

September 11th we went to the Rockies v. Mets baseball game. It was Maddux's first pro game and he didn't do too bad. I think when he's older he'll enjoy it more!

Skyler and Maddux both had their birthday's this month. Maddux on the 1st and Skyler on the 4th, so we went out to our favorite pizza to celebrate. We had grandma and Grandpa Malley and some friends come and join us; Chase Ravsten w/o his wife and daughter because they were in Utah and Logan and Amanda(Summerhays)Moore...yup that's right! They live two floors above us! Logan is going to school out here so Amanda and I found the apartment! It's so fun to have them close and Maddux LOVES them, especially Logan!

After Dinner we went and opened presents!

We couldn't decide what maddux was going to be for Halloween, until Poppa Steve came to the rescue! However, the costume is for a 4 year old...but with a needle and thread, I made it work! Plus, Maddux is OBSESSED with Iron Man so he LOVES the
costume!

MOMENTS WITH MADDUX....

Maddux talks all the time now! But I'm saving these so I can remember them...

Well, Maddux isn't quite talking yet for me to post the funny things he says, but this boy is an "adventurer" Grandpa Donn says. So here are the latest "moments with Maddux."

*The other day Skyler is calling for me to come up from my in-laws basement only to find Maddux standing at the top of the stairs laughing and holding a Dr. Pepper that he cracked open just enough to get some drink out. Apparently Skyler had shoved it into my purse the other night when leaving our friends house, unbeknownst to me, but obviously not the little man.

*I came down stairs because Maddux was being unusually quiet, and I knew he was not napping. I found my purse dumped out with wrappers from "my not-so-secret-anymore" stash of candy all over the floor and him covered in chocolate with two suckers in his hand. To top it off, he had a big smile and his hand out to share with me. ;)

*Two nights ago, after Maddux had his bath I put on his diaper and delayed getting him into his pajamas for whatever reason. About 5 minutes later I find him trying to put on his jacket and light up Spiderman shoes to go outside. It was too cute. I had to let him go out and play.

*Maddux has started trying to get me to pay attention to him, when he is a whining wreck, by falling to the ground and slowly hitting his head on something to show me that he is hurt. He started this in California a couple weeks ago. Friends were over for dinner and he began to throw a fit and he fell down next to a bike helmet. So he stopped crying for a second, scooted over and bonked his head on the helmet and resumed crying. Grandpa Donn says he should take his act to Hollywood!

More with Maddux...

We took a little family trip to Best Buy a couple days ago and while Maddux and I waited for Daddy to be through with The Geek Squad a very tall man walked by in a very long black trench coat. Luckily, he was out of ear shot because Maddux grabbed my hand and says, "Momma, bad guy. Bad guy, Momma." I just had to laugh! And then I told him he was not a bad guy, of course!

Maddux the other day was climbing on something and not listening to me when I told him to get off. So walking by a gave him a little tap on the head and told him to get off again. The boy jumped off and followed me into the kitchen saying,
"Ma! No hit! No hit me!" Totally calling me out! I guess he does listen to me!

I guess Maddux pays a lot of attention to Skyler. While at my in-laws he was playing with some fake little money, handed me some and told me, while pointing to himself, "Go work." Then rubbing his face, "Shave, go work." I asked him if he was going to go shave his face and then go to work like Daddy? "Uh huh."
